Expat Chat Episode 56 – Can A Expat Move Back And Forth From Australia

Welcome to the fifty sixth episode of #Expatchat where we discuss the latest tax and financial issues affecting an #Australianexpat.

In today’s Expat Chat we talk about can an Australian expat move back and forth from Australia should they realise either their move home wasn’t successful or they have received a new job opportunity overseas that means they would like to join the expat ranks again.

Due to Covid we saw a large number of Australian expats move back to Australia either through job loss or health concerns however now with borders reopening those who once considered themselves a Australian expat are considering their options again overseas.

Unfortunately when it comes to moving back and forth managing your taxes and finances isn’t as simple as booking your flight overseas or home.
