Atlas Managing Director One Of The 50 Most Influential Advisers in Australia

Atlas Wealth Management is proud to announce that our Managing Director, Brett Evans, has been nominated as one of the 50 most influential advisers in Australia. The list of individuals was created after a industry-wide nomination phase which received over 7000 votes.

“To be in the company of some of the best financial advisers in the country is a humbling experience” commented Brett Evans, managing director of Atlas Wealth Management. “We’ve always been very proud of the specialised field that we work in, that being providing Australian expat financial advice, but to be included with other specialists in the financial advice space shows we are in good company”.

When Financial Standard compiled the list they ensured that those finalists were individuals who have been or continue to be instrumental in shaping the future of the financial advice industry.

“At a time when the digitisation of financial advice has reached its tipping point, both new and experienced financial advisers must be ready to lead the industry forward with ideas and innovation. Industry influencers will be instrumental in this exciting growth period,” Financial Standard editor Darren Snyder said.

All 50 financial advisers included in the list were screened to ensure that not only are they all licensed to provide personal financial advice but that they are on the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) Financial Advisers Register, have a minimum standard of professional education and that they are members of at least one industry association.

Financial Standard director of media Michelle Baltazar said the 50 individuals have made an enormous impact in the industry. “They have demonstrated their commitment and intention to usher financial advice into the consumer age,” Baltazar said.
